AVC Enterprises International is a small to mid cap private equity fund

We invest in small to mid cap companies which have a long history of cash generative growth. We look for contracted, diverse revenue and assets which provide a good growth foundation. A strategic plan co-authored by the founder is an essential ingredient and first step for all our investments – we wont do something, unless a founder, our partner, also supports it.

Partnership Deals

Partnership deals ensure true alignment. Each party can bring unique skills and knowledge to the table in pursuit of a value maximising outcome.

Target Investment Criteria

Businesses must satisfy at least two principles of environmental, social and governance set by the United Nations. Profits and revenue growth must be demonstrated as well as a diverse set of business clients across at least two industry verticals. Contracts are not necessary but demonstrated loyalty in the client base is preferred.

The Investment Team

Investment Committee

The investment committee has deep global experience in private equity. Collectively over 100 years of experience in banking, private equity and capital management is applied to making attractive investments for our investors. The committee is unanimous in its decision making as we believe a consensus approach delivers the best returns.

Fund Advisory Board

The fund advisory board helps set the direction of the fund and ensures that we adhere to ESG principles in all our investing as well as strong governance and compliance frameworks. Our fund advisory Board is highly experienced in upholding governance and risk management frameworks.

Investment Team

The investment team has deep private equity and transactional experience in Australia, the US and Europe. The team enjoys rolling up their sleeves to help develop and implement investee company value creation plans. They work supportively and collaboratively with founders to put systems in place to enable sustainable growth.
